KUWAIT: An arrest warrant was issued against a taxi driver who sexually assaulted a nine-year-boy while bringing him back from school. The boy’s father was hysterical as he told police that his son was assaulted. He gave police the driver’s phone number and car details. Separately, a Kuwaiti woman told police that an unidentified person raped her in the chalets area south of the country. The woman handed police a medical report stating an injury. She was referred to forensics.
Souq Mubarakiya fight
Two Iranians were involved in a fight in Souq Mubarakiya, during which one of them was injured and had to be taken to Amiri Hospital. The two work at the market and an argument turned violent.
